Extends the deadline from 30 business days to 45 calendar days for certain ambulance-related processes under Tennessee Code Section 71-5-1503(a)(4)

Requires the Office of Emergency Services to provide the Commissioner of Health full access to ambulance run reports, overriding existing restrictions in § 68-140-319

Authorizes the Commissioner of Health to share ambulance run report data, including protected health information, with the bureau to maintain compliance with state and federal laws for the assessment program

Extends the sunset date for the ambulance assessment program from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026

Took effect immediately upon becoming law (passed April 16, 2025; approved May 5, 2025)
