Establishes the "Success Sequence Act" requiring Tennessee schools to teach a four-step sequence: obtaining a high school diploma, entering the workforce or pursuing postsecondary education, getting married, and then having children

Adds instruction on the "success sequence" to Tennessee's family life curriculum, requiring schools to provide evidence regarding positive personal and societal outcomes associated with following this sequence

Cites research in legislative findings that 97% of millennials who followed the success sequence did not live in poverty as adults, and that children of married parents are twice as likely to graduate college

Takes effect July 1, 2026, applying to the 2026-2027 school year and thereafter

Passed the legislature on April 7, 2025 and was signed by Governor Bill Lee on April 21, 2025
