Requires the Board of Nursing to develop a survey within 90 days to collect information from nurse practitioners about their practice specialty, collaborating physicians' specialties, practice locations, and how many days per week collaborating physicians are on-site

Mandates the board send the survey annually to nurse practitioners who have opted into email communications, with quarterly reminders to non-respondents

Requires an annual report to the Senate Health and Welfare Committee and relevant House committee by December 31 containing aggregated, de-identified data on survey response rates, specialty alignment between nurse practitioners and collaborating physicians, and on-site collaboration frequency

Defines "specialty" for nurse practitioners as areas leading to national specialty certification recognized by the board of nursing, and for physicians as areas leading to board certification approved by the American Board of Medical Specialties

Took effect upon becoming law on April 21, 2025
