Amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 48-101-501(b)(15) by removing a comma after the phrase "for a charitable organization"

Removes language that included "a person who plans, conducts, manages, carries on or advises a charitable organization in connection with the solicitation of contributions" from the definition in that section

Narrows the scope of who is covered under the charitable solicitation statute by excluding certain advisors and consultants to charitable organizations

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law, with passage on March 31, 2025, and approval by Governor Bill Lee on April 11, 2025
