Redirects state and local sales tax revenue from a specific stadium to the entity governing stadium operations in a county with population between 366,200 and 366,300 (per 2020 census)

Applies to a stadium designed to host NCAA Division I FCS football games, international and high school soccer, and local/regional events

Captured revenue includes admissions, food, drinks, merchandise, parking, and related services sold at the stadium during events, excluding local taxes earmarked for schools

Funds must be used exclusively for stadium capital projects, debt service payments, and operating expenses

Revenue allocation continues until debt service is retired or July 1, 2055, whichever occurs first; effective July 1, 2025
