Amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 10-7-504(a)(22) to protect confidentiality of survey records created, obtained, or compiled by the comptroller of the treasury, including responses, data, identifying information, and intra-agency/interagency communications

Permits the comptroller to publish aggregate survey data and survey responses that cannot be used to identify individual respondents

Exempts surveys conducted by the Office of Open Records Counsel (established under § 8-4-601) from these confidentiality protections

Passed April 16, 2025 and approved by Governor Bill Lee on May 5, 2025, taking effect immediately upon becoming law
