Bars requirements from these international bodies—including mask, vaccine, or medical testing mandates—from having any force or effect in the state, and prohibits using such mandates to gather information on Tennessee residents

Prohibits the state and all political subdivisions from accepting any funding associated with WHO, UN, or WEF programs, including funds channeled through federal agencies like HHS, FDA, CDC, or NIH

Establishes civil penalties of $10,000 for a first violation and $20,000 for each subsequent violation, with entities required to return any improperly received funding

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
