Requires all LEAs and public charter schools to provide at least 2 hours annually of evidence-based training on positive behavioral interventions, conflict prevention, functional behavior assessments, de-escalation, and conflict management

Allows the required 2 hours of behavior intervention training to count toward existing in-service training requirements under § 49-6-3004

Deletes subdivision (3) from Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 49-10-1304(j)

Takes effect July 1, 2025
