County election commissions may receive time extensions from the state coordinator of elections to count provisional ballots, with a deadline no later than the third Monday after the election

Voting machines are prohibited from connecting to the internet, and county election commissions cannot tabulate any marked ballots submitted via the internet

Voters who fail to vote or update their registration over 2 consecutive regular November elections may be flagged for verification of continued residency at their registered address

Persons registering to vote at county election commission offices or supplemental registration locations must present identification or verification of residential address; those who do not provide such verification will have their registration card mailed to them

County election commissions must purge permanent registration records as required under existing law, unless prohibited by federal law
