Allows individuals to file a complaint with the Secretary of State if their name or address was included on a business entity document (under Title 48 or Title 61) without their consent

Requires complaints to include a description of the challenged document, complainant contact information, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the facts are true

Secretary of State must notify the business entity within 10 business days of a valid complaint; the entity has 21 business days to respond or allegations are deemed admitted

Secretary of State must void the challenged business record if the complainant proves unauthorized use by clear and convincing evidence, with a decision issued within 30 business days

Takes effect July 1, 2025; all complaints and responses are public records, and no filing fee refunds are issued for voided documents
