Prohibits state licensing agencies from denying, revoking, or suspending professional licenses based on a licensee's refusal to affirm statements contrary to their religious beliefs, expression of religious or moral convictions in professional settings, or provision of faith-based services—provided services meet standard of care requirements.

Excludes law licenses from coverage unless the Tennessee Supreme Court establishes guidelines making the act applicable to attorneys.

Bars real estate brokers' organizations and multiple-listing services from denying access, imposing unfavorable terms, or disciplining members based on religious or moral beliefs expressed in nonprofessional settings unrelated to real estate activities.

Prohibits requiring membership in a real estate brokers' organization as a condition for full MLS access, and bars charging non-members higher MLS fees than members pay.

Creates a private cause of action allowing harmed individuals to sue for damages (including humiliation and embarrassment), attorney's fees, and other remedies against violators.
