Limits fees to $20.00 flat rate for patients involved in social security disability claims or appeals when records are produced electronically

Requires certification or notarization fees to be charged as a flat $20.00 fee, and prohibits providers from charging fees when records are requested by the Tennessee Department of Health for complaints, inspections, or surveys

Takes effect July 1, 2025
