Professional bondsmen must provide a mandatory written notice explaining fee structures, receipt requirements, collateral terms, and surrender limitations to all clients

Installment payment plans are permitted if no interest is charged (except third-party transaction fees), at least 50% of the premium is collected at signing, and full payment is completed within 12 months

Additional permitted fees include a one-time $25 initiation fee and a $12 bail tax
