Protects contraception including devices, medications, emergency contraceptives, fertility awareness methods, and sterilization procedures legally marketed under federal FDA law as of July 1, 2025

Affirms healthcare providers' right to perform fertility treatments and provide contraceptives without state legal prohibition

Does not create any entitlement to fertility treatment or contraception, nor require insurance coverage, funding, or reimbursement for these services
