Allows nonprofit religious organizations to obtain motor vehicle dealer licenses without an established place of business, creating an exception to current dealer licensing requirements

Qualifying organizations must be organized or incorporated in Tennessee and maintain good standing with the secretary of state

Organizations must operate an established program that receives donated vehicles and provides them to individuals with demonstrated need to support workforce self-sufficiency

Qualifying nonprofits must also provide free vehicle repair services to individuals with demonstrated need of such services

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
