Establishes a civil rights violation when government entities, officials, employees, or agents infringe upon rights protected by the Tennessee Constitution (Article I, Section 26) or the U.S. Second Amendment

Creates a civil cause of action allowing lawsuits to be filed in the county where the violation occurred, with violators liable for actual damages or $250 per day of violation, whichever is greater

Authorizes punitive damages, reasonable attorney's fees, and court costs against violators, with knowing or willful violations by officials constituting grounds for removal from office

Permits courts to issue injunctions against violators, with standing to sue granted to affected individuals, advocacy organizations, or other entities representing protected interests

Allows violations by government officials to be prosecuted as official oppression under § 39-16-403, while preserving other legal remedies already available under existing law
