Defines "sex" in Tennessee law as biological sex observed at birth (male or female), explicitly excluding gender identity, and establishes definitions for male, female, man, woman, boy, and girl based on reproductive biology.

Requires correctional facilities, juvenile detention facilities, domestic violence shelters, and public schools to designate multi-occupancy restrooms, changing rooms, and sleeping quarters for exclusive use by either females, males, or family members.

Prohibits individuals from entering restrooms, changing rooms, or sleeping quarters designated for the opposite biological sex, with exceptions for custodial services, medical assistance, law enforcement, and emergencies.

Creates a private cause of action allowing individuals who suffer harm from violations to seek injunctive relief, actual damages, and attorney fees, with a two-year statute of limitations.

Establishes a rebuttable presumption that housing individuals with members of the opposite biological sex in covered facilities constitutes discriminatory harm to biological women; takes effect July 1, 2025.
