Adds organized retail crime under § 39-14-113(c) to the list of offenses that qualify as racketeering activity under Tennessee law

Adds possession or use of a firearm during the commission of or attempt to commit a dangerous felony under § 39-17-1324 to racketeering offenses

Expands existing racketeering provisions to include carjacking alongside robbery

Takes effect July 1, 2025, and applies to offenses committed on or after that date
