Renames the Tennessee Agricultural Hall of Fame to the Tennessee Agriculture and Forestry Hall of Fame, effective July 1, 2025, as a successor to the original hall established in 1937

Reconstitutes the governing board with 9 members including the commissioner of agriculture, representatives from UT Institute of Agriculture and Tennessee State University, Tennessee Farm Bureau president, FFA State Director, and 4 appointed members from different regions

Requires candidates for induction to have made significant impact on Tennessee agriculture or forestry through business, invention, production, science, or technology, and to have resided in the state for a period determined by the board

Establishes a 5-year waiting period after a person's death before they become eligible for hall of fame induction

Grants the board exclusive rights to the "Tennessee Agriculture and Forestry Hall of Fame" name and authorizes it to accept gifts, contributions, and bequests to fund advancement and promotion activities
