Requires the Tennessee Department of Education to establish an initial enrollment deadline (no later than the start of the school year) for LEAs to determine available space in voluntary pre-K classrooms beyond at-risk children in their geographic area

Creates a secondary enrollment deadline (no later than 30 days after school starts) for eligible students to enroll in voluntary pre-K classrooms that still have available space after the initial deadline

Applies to the 2025-2026 school year and all subsequent school years
