Creates a nine-member Conservatorship Management Task Force composed of five state agency commissioners/directors and four governor-appointed public members including a judge with probate experience, representatives from the Conservatorship Association of Tennessee, Tennessee State Court Clerks Association, and Tennessee Center for Decision-Making Support

Task force responsibilities include reviewing resources for effective conservatorships, education requirements for conservators, centralized tracking systems, fraud detection capacity, public guardianship program capacity, and the need for a central oversight office

Task force meets quarterly, administratively attached to the Department of Disability and Aging, and must submit annual reports to the department and administrative office of the courts beginning December 31, 2025

Members serve three-year terms with a two-consecutive-term limit and receive no compensation or expense reimbursement

Effective July 1, 2025, with member appointments authorized upon enactment (passed April 21, 2025; approved May 9, 2025)
