Commissioner of Health is required to create programs enhancing access to dental services in rural and underserved areas of Tennessee

Authorized program types include cooperative agreements with dental schools, clinic upgrades, provider incentives, specialty dental services, senior dental care programs, provider training, and telehealth support

All programs must be approved by the Commissioner of Finance and Administration

No funds are appropriated by this act; implementation requires specific funding through the general appropriations act

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
