Public senior high schools that share student directory information with groups promoting occupational or educational options must provide the same access to military recruiters from Tennessee and U.S. armed forces

Schools must allow military recruiters access at least once monthly during student lunch periods to inform students about military educational and career opportunities

Schools must provide additional access at least once every other month for recruiters to meet with students who have expressed interest in learning more about the armed forces

Amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 49-6-406 by replacing the existing section with these new requirements

Takes effect July 1, 2025
