Creates a statewide Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) coordinator position responsible for training, compliance oversight, and coordination of local SARTs across Tennessee

Positions the coordinator as an employee of the Tennessee Coalition to End Domestic and Sexual Violence, reporting to the organization's executive director

Funding for the position comes from grants through the Department of Finance and Administration, Office of Criminal Justice Programs, subject to appropriations

Requires the coordinator to submit an annual report to the legislature by February 1 covering SART program status, training efforts, compliance levels, service gaps, and recommendations for improvement

Takes effect July 1, 2025
