Cemetery companies may charge memorial care and installation fees up to 75¢ per square inch of ground covered by a commodity, with annual increases limited to the consumer price index rate

Interment rights are considered abandoned after 75 years without contact with the recorded owner or heirs, allowing cemetery companies to reclaim the rights after conducting a reasonable search including certified mail and 12 months of website publication

Former owners who prove ownership of reclaimed interment rights are entitled to receive an equivalent interment right from the cemetery's available inventory for up to 25 years after reclamation

State administrative fee of $20 required for every pre-need sales contract entered during the preceding renewal period, with consumers limited to one fee regardless of how many cemetery contracts are executed at one time
