Expands Tennessee Promise scholarship eligibility to include institutions accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts and Sciences (NACCAS) with primary campuses in Tennessee, beginning fall semester 2025-2026

Scholarship amount at NACCAS-accredited institutions equals the average tuition and mandatory fees at public two-year institutions, minus other gift aid received

Students may only use the scholarship at a NACCAS institution if TSAC determines no enrollment slots are available at a Tennessee college of applied technology in the student's county for their desired program

Takes effect July 1, 2025, applying to Tennessee Promise scholarships for the 2025-2026 academic year and thereafter
