Gender clinics receiving state funds for gender transition procedures must also provide or pay for detransition procedures as a condition of funding.

Gender clinics must report detailed statistics on all gender transition procedures to the Department of Health, including patient age, sex, medications prescribed, surgical procedures, and mental health diagnoses.

Insurance policies that cover gender transition procedures must also cover detransition procedures, with insurers required to report claims data to the Department of Health.

Healthcare professionals who fail to comply with reporting requirements face at least 6 months license suspension, and gender clinics face civil fines up to $150,000; the Attorney General may investigate and enforce compliance.
