Website owners publishing legal notices must charge per-word rates comparable to but not exceeding rates charged to other advertisers

Invoices for legal notice publication must include an affidavit listing the number of days the notice appeared on the website

Exemptions apply to legal notices required under § 35-5-101 (foreclosure notices) and sample ballot publications required under § 2-5-211
