Allows local governments to regulate sober living home locations and operations, including compliance with zoning, health, safety, fire, and building codes

Enables local ordinances requiring operators to obtain a healthcare provider or court recommendation before admitting residents to sober living homes

Requires all adopted ordinances to comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and Americans with Disabilities Act
