Establishes a separate offense for impersonating a passenger-for-hire vehicle driver (taxicabs, limousines, sedans), using the same deceptive conduct standards

Classifies impersonation of a rideshare driver as a Class B misdemeanor, elevated to a Class E felony if committed during a separate felony offense

Classifies impersonation of a traditional passenger-for-hire driver as a Class B misdemeanor, with an exception for owners whose vehicles have been stolen

Takes effect July 1, 2025, applying to offenses committed on or after that date
