Office of open records counsel must facilitate meetings of the advisory committee on open government, including selecting dates for required annual meetings when co-chairs have not been elected and a majority of members request it in writing

Comptroller of the treasury offices must provide meeting space for the advisory committee

Comptroller's website must post meeting notices, minutes, and agendas as provided by the advisory committee

Advisory committee members must submit agenda items at least 72 hours before meetings called under this provision, with the open records counsel creating the agenda from submitted items

Office must provide electronic participation options for committee meetings pursuant to § 8-44-108
