Healthcare providers prescribing drugs under this law must submit annual reports to the Department of Health including case numbers, drugs used, and six-month survival rates

Takes effect January 1, 2026, applying to policies entered into, renewed, or amended on or after that date; state and local group insurance plans under Title 8, Chapter 27 are exempt
