Prohibits political campaign committees headquartered or domiciled in another state, country, or territory from making contributions (including in-kind) to candidates in Tennessee primary elections

Bars out-of-state political committees from contributing to other committees for the purpose of influencing Tennessee primary elections

Defines "primary election" as state or local primaries held for a statewide political party

Defines "statewide political party" as the party controlling both houses of the general assembly on July 1, 2025 (currently the Republican Party), limiting the restriction to only that party's primaries

Takes effect July 1, 2025
