Speakers of the Senate and House of Representatives will determine the number of conferences or conference days for which legislators may receive expense and mileage allowances

Approved conference limits must be equal for both Senate and House members

"Conference" is broadly defined to include symposiums, workshops, assemblages, gatherings, or other official meetings related to state business and legislative duties, whether held in-state or out-of-state
