Expands retail liquor package store licensing to general services districts within metropolitan governments, removing the previous restriction that limited such stores to urban services districts only

Allows retailer's licenses to be issued for package stores anywhere within a metropolitan government's jurisdiction after approval by local option election, including in general services districts

Amends provisions regarding local option elections to include urban and general services districts of metropolitan governments alongside civil districts of counties

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
