Creates a 7-member Federal Education Deregulation Cooperation Task Force to prepare Tennessee for potential deregulation of federal K-12 education laws, regulations, and requirements

Task force membership includes the chairs of House and Senate education committees, two additional members from each chamber appointed by their respective speakers, and one licensed educator appointed by the governor

Appointments must be made by July 1, 2025, with the first meeting convened by August 1, 2025

Task force must identify all federal K-12 education funding to the state and local education agencies, compliance requirements, state/local obligations, funded employment positions, and whether programs should continue if federal funding is eliminated

Final report with findings and recommendations due to the General Assembly by December 31, 2025, after which the task force dissolves unless speakers jointly direct continuation
