Exempts fully online, self-paced private schools from state class size requirements under § 49-1-104, provided they hold accreditation from the Distance Education Accreditation Commission and a Category III regional accrediting agency

Removes the requirement for qualifying online private schools to maintain the minimum number of instructional days or hours per school day that apply to public schools

Eliminates mandatory student vaccination requirements under § 49-6-5001 for students enrolled in qualifying online private schools

Applies to approved Category III nonpublic schools beginning with the 2025-2026 school year and all subsequent years

Takes effect July 1, 2025 for implementation purposes; rulemaking authority effective upon becoming law (passed April 16, 2025, signed May 5, 2025)
