Local governments with populations of 100,000 or more (per 2020 census) that have centralized purchasing with a full-time purchasing agent may select any project delivery method for construction projects and building additions

Authorized project delivery methods include: construction manager at-risk, design-bid-build, design-build, and design-build-finance-operate

"Local government" encompasses counties, municipalities, metropolitan governments, towns, utility districts, utility authorities, and local education agencies

All applicable purchasing laws must still be followed regardless of which delivery method is chosen

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
