Amends Tennessee Code Section 70-2-106(b)(1) to establish a flat $3.00 agent fee for the sale of any annual license, permit, stamp, tag, registration, or other privilege specified by the wildlife agency

Sets the same $3.00 flat fee for licenses or permits valid for a specified day or number of days

Authorizes county clerks or other persons, firms, or corporations designated by the executive director to collect these fees from purchasers

Allows the executive director to alternatively establish agent fees through competitive bidding contracts for sales conducted by telephone or other electronic means

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law; passed April 14, 2025 and approved May 2, 2025
