Mandates magistrates provide written documentation of factors considered when releasing defendants pending trial, and requires courts to seal victims' home addresses when location-based release conditions are imposed

Requires law enforcement officers initiating traffic stops in marked vehicles to activate blue lights immediately when beginning to follow a vehicle and notify dispatch of the stop

Enhances penalties for property crimes by one classification level when committed against first responders or law enforcement officers engaged in official duties

Takes effect July 1, 2025
