Foreclosure sales must be advertised at least twice in a county newspaper and posted online by a third-party internet posting company for at least 20 continuous days, with initial newspaper publication at least 20 days before the sale

Trustees must send foreclosure notice to debtors and co-debtors via certified mail at the property address and any other known mailing addresses on or before the first publication date

Sales may be postponed or adjourned without additional newspaper publication if held within one year of the original date, with internet posting and in-person announcement at each scheduled sale date required

Third-party internet posting companies must register their website addresses with the Secretary of State's publications division before conducting business, and may be held liable for non-compliance
