Continued use of a storage unit for 30+ days after receiving a rental agreement revision constitutes acceptance, even without the occupant's signature

Owners may terminate or not renew rental agreements by providing written notice via hand delivery, certified mail, or email, giving occupants at least 15 days to remove belongings

Rental agreements may include provisions allowing owners to dispose of property remaining more than 15 days after termination or nonrenewal

Owners may restrict occupant access during the removal period, including limiting access to office hours only

Effective July 1, 2025, applying to conduct occurring on or after that date
