Adds a "Political Party Affiliation" field to Tennessee's permanent voter registration records

Allows voters to designate affiliation with a qualified political party or select "Unaffiliated" during initial registration or the registration period

Voters who fail or refuse to make a designation will automatically be recorded as "Unaffiliated"

Requires voters participating in their first primary election after the act's effective date to declare allegiance to the party whose primary they wish to vote in, with that declaration recorded permanently

Takes effect July 1, 2025
