Requires the council to submit an annual report by June 30, 2026, and each June 30 thereafter on the statewide system of care for children's mental health and service delivery

Report must include a current list of state and federally funded programs addressing direct mental health services and prevention efforts for children and youth

Report must contain recommendations on coordination between state departments, gaps in treatment availability, and opportunities for targeted investment and system improvement

Report recipients include the governor, chief clerks of both legislative houses, commissioners of six relevant departments (mental health, children's services, education, health, human services, disability and aging), and the TennCare director

Passed March 17, 2025 and approved by Governor Bill Lee on March 25, 2025; takes effect immediately upon becoming law
