Prohibits discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, or religion against students and employees at Tennessee public schools, charter schools, and higher education institutions

Requires all public educational institutions to integrate the definition of antisemitism into codes of conduct and antidiscrimination policies, treating antisemitic harassment the same as other forms of discrimination under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964

Department of Education must designate a Title VI coordinator by July 1, 2025 to monitor antisemitic discrimination at K-12 schools; each public university must also designate its own coordinator

Institutions must report antisemitic incidents to Title VI coordinators, who investigate complaints and can refer non-compliant institutions to the attorney general if corrective action is not taken within 60 days

Criticism of Israel similar to criticism of other countries is explicitly not considered antisemitism, and the law must not infringe on First Amendment rights
