Purchasing, possessing, or transporting a firearm while enrolled is a Class C misdemeanor; making false identity statements on enrollment or revocation forms constitutes perjury

All program records are confidential and exempt from public disclosure; implementation begins upon enactment with full effect January 1, 2026
