Department of Health must establish a pilot program placing hygiene vending machines in women's restrooms or locker rooms at selected Title I public schools serving grades 5-12

Minimum of two eligible schools from each of Tennessee's three grand divisions must be selected, prioritizing schools with the highest percentage of economically disadvantaged students

Department provides both the vending machines and feminine hygiene products (tampons and sanitary napkins) at no cost to students

Department may partner with state/local health departments, nonprofits, churches, and other organizations to source machines and products, and may accept donations

Takes effect upon becoming law and applies beginning with the 2025-2026 school year
