Expands existing Tennessee pronoun law (TCA 49-6-5102) to include students in addition to teachers and employees of public schools and LEAs

Prohibits requiring teachers, employees, or students to use pronouns that do not correspond to a person's biological sex while at work or school

Protects teachers, employees, and students from civil liability under state law for refusing to use another person's preferred pronouns that differ from their biological sex

Prohibits employment or disciplinary action against teachers, employees, or students for using pronouns consistent with biological sex rather than preferred pronouns

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
