School support organizations that collect money, materials, property, or securities must submit annual detailed reports of receipts and expenditures to the Tennessee Department of Education by July 1 each year

Booster clubs, parent teacher associations (PTAs), parent teacher organizations (PTOs), and parent teacher support associations are exempt from the reporting requirement

The Department of Education must publish submitted reports for at least 3 years from the submission date
