Limits eligibility to caregivers with adjusted income at or below area or state median income, with priority given to very low income and low income households

Establishes a dedicated family caregiver grant fund with intended initial appropriation of $600,000 for fiscal year 2026-2027, with annual reporting requirements to legislative health committees
